At my school, all non-STEM electives are graded as high pass, pass, and fail (HP/P/F).
How will these classes be considered especially if they play a large part into my “story” (i.e. debate class majoring in law)? Do they have any bearing on colleges’ recalculated GPA?
College admission officers deal with many different grading systems so I would not stress about it.
FWIW my D was in a HS program which gave written evaluations rather than grades and I did not see that as impacting her college admissions.
