I’m about to be a stay at home mom. My husband works and I am helping him research some courses to receive a trade certificate. One option we’re looking at is la valley colleges’ metal machining certificate program. What concerns me is that a number of the courses are technically one class. For example T&M 027, T&M 030, and T&M 031 all take place at the same time, same room, and same instructor. One is 4 units and two are 3 units. Is this normal? Would I really have to pay for all units to get credit for all courses?
