<p>Hi everyone. I’ve recently changed my major from Biology to pursue a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering but Im not sure what i can do to make myself a more competitive candidate once I get out into the real world. Im still trying to figure out what Im going to do with my degree once I graduate.</p>
<p>Im also desperately trying to pay my way through college. Im trying to find a job that would complement my major but thats hard to do without a specific goal in mind.
I was considering becoming an EMT or Paramedic and working as one on the side to pay my way though.</p>
<p>Basically, I need help. Does anyone have suggestions, or can maybe point me in the right direction to start with?</p>
<p>Any advice would be greatly appreciated.</p>
