<p>I’m trying to pay on the offsite page, but cannot because it says “invalid birthdate”? Does this mean they haven’t created an account for me yet?</p>

<p>I had a similar problem- when I entered all of that information and clicked “continue” it said the page could not be displayed or something similar.</p>

<p>Are you using Internet Explorer?
I fixed my problem by using Mozilla Firefox on a different computer.</p>
