PE uniforms?

This is probably a silly question, but do students need to wear uniforms for PE? I’m taking Relaxation & Stress Management…can you pretty much wear whatever you want for a class like that? I’m assuming that most just wear sweatpants, etc., but I thought I’d ask anyway.

There is a very strict uniform code for any PE class at Cornell. Everyone enrolled in a PE course must be dressed in full Cornell apparel, including Cornell t-shirt, underwear, sweatshirt, shorts, sweatpants, socks, shoelaces and sunglasses. This is because the PE classes are so popular that students from Ithaca College began to attend them despite not being enrolled, so they make you wear full Cornell gear since someone from another school would have a problem spending $500+ on Cornell clothes. And if they don’t, well it’s like they paid the fee already.

Or, if you ask them REALLY nicely, they might just let you wear regular sweatpants and stuff.

har, har. Thanks, hoonose xD

i haven’t had to wear a uniform since middle school for PE :]
