Peer eval from another college program?

<p>Would it be weird to send a peer evaluation from a program advisor (like CTY but not really) from another prestigious university to Duke?</p>

<p>It’s a great rec but I’d like an honest opinion on how that would be viewed.</p>

<p>The directions read "parent, sibling, other relative, or friend " I guess it could go under friend, only 5 years difference.
But I might just use someone who actually goes to Duke, would that be better?
