<p>Can someone please answer a question for me. Okay I was at a school for two quarters. Left in the third one so I was left with a balance. When I came back, they told me that I will have to pay the balance myself. But now that my money(pell grant) suppose to distribute this month, I see that they paid my debt off. They told me that I would get a check, signed my award letter stating my stipend amount. Now one person said that I suppose to get a check and one saying they don’t have the right to take my money. What is correct cause if I knew that I wouldn’t struggle to get money up to reenter. </p>
