Penn Campus Safety Escort Service...

I’ve been searching for some more details about the Penn Walk safety escort service but can’t seem to find exactly within what bounds one can use the service…obviously anywhere on campus, but where off campus? What if you live somewhere off campus after frosh or soph year? Can they walk you that far off campus, or are there safety rides as well? Thanks.

There is a Shuttle service which covers a large area in the surrounding area, and is free with your PennCard.

The walking escorts are supposed to cover University City.

So, can you just call the Penn safety escort service if say, you feel unsafe walking at night from the library to your dorm??

correct, you dial 898-walk

though often it’s easier and more enjoyable to study with friends and then walk back together
