your courseload is insane. you’ve probably got as good of a chance as anyone; definitely apply. at the very least, you’re more impressive than the people from my school who went to cornell.

I think you’ll be fine at Cornell, the other ones will be tough. What are you planning to major in?

And why didn’t you apply to any other top schools that aren’t Ivies?

I’m planning on majoring in pre-Med, probably something like Biochemistry.

I applied to 3 other schools, but I just wanted to check on the Ivies.

Brown & Columbia may be tough for you due to a lack of any distinguishing EC or passionate interest even though your academics and SATs are outstanding. Likely at Cornell University. Good shot at Penn.

Cornell: In
Brown: 50/50
Penn: 75/25 (this is just my experience looking at Naviance and reading, Penn seems to put a high value on GPA/SAT)
Columbia: 50/50
Almost any other school (barring US News top 20 LACs and top 10 unis, almost no others): Lock
