<p>Although I’m just a high-schooler like you, I need to be brutally honest with you. Penn (I’m assuming business) and Dartmouth are very prestigious schools and either you didn’t list all of your resume, or you are just lacking. A 1920 might make you competitive at the low end of the pool, but then what else in your application sets you apart? Your EC’s are not that great either so I can’t really say what would help you get into those universities. Your strong points are your class rank, and your socio-ethnic background, so have some great essays and recs and you may jus have a chance at your reaches. Again, this is just from another High school kid, so don’t listen to me too much.</p>

<p>I concur with tekman. Your GPA is lower than average, SATs could be higher, and are you sure those are all your ECs?</p>

<p>If you’re still a junior, you have some time to rectify those mistakes by growing a passion over the summer, but if not, I would steel myself for rejection.</p>
