<p>I thought I was going to have a Penn interview because I RSVPed by the date, but they said they didn’t receive it! Will they put in my file that I “declined”, because I didn’t!</p>
<p>Call and ask - it’s the safest (and, well, only way to know). I guess you could e-mail them too, but I think calling is the way to go.</p>
