<p>i tried creating an email by going to penn portal, then the mail exchange button at the top but it said:</p>
<p>Our records indicate that you are an incoming Undergraduate Wharton student, and as such are not eligible for a Wharton Account through the Early Accounts Program at this time.</p>
<p>Please return to this application in early June 2009.</p>
<p>I created an email and now it tells me my password is wrong.
