<p>I am wanting to go to Upenn to study Sociology (mass comm, media) at the school of Liberal Arts and Marketing at Wharton together as I want to work in Advertising. I have heard that Upenn allows for customization of majors. Is this true and if so, which school would I specifically apply to?</p>
<p>you can apply to either than apply to dual-degree status which basically means you internally apply to the other school.</p>
<p>Also consider that you don’t need to be enrolled the Wharton school to take classes in it, nor do you have to be in SAS to take classes in it. So you can benefit even if you don’t have “dual degree” stamped on your resume.</p>
