Son is interested in medicine, and is deciding between Penn’s Neuroscience Research Academy, a one-week Georgetown Institute in medicine, and a medicine-focused College Preparation program at Northwestern.
Penn was the leading candidate, but we just found out it’s not run by Penn itself, but by a for-profit outfit called Summer Discovery. My other son went to a different summer program at Northwestern (NHSI, for film), and it was the best decision he ever made.
Anyone with any experiences at these programs?
