Penn Plan not working

<p>I tried the Penn Plan button but it redirects to my decision page. Anyone with this situation? and, does Penn send the admission package via snail mail or express to internationals?</p>

<p>Last year my acceptance package was sent via regular mail (I’m an international). I don’t know about the button you mention.</p>
