Penn State and any suggestions

Right now I don’t really know where I want to go or even where I’m interested in looking but Penn State seems to be like a good fit so I was wondering what you thought my chances were for their honors college. Also if you had any other suggestions of places to look into that’d be great. I’m interested in math (possibly actuarial science) and sciences (mostly chemistry). Thanks!
