I am an out of state hispanic male that attends a very difficult Jesuit high school in Florida.
I will be applying for summer/fall and will consider undecided major if it will help me.
Definitely apply DUS with a 3.4. That is very borderline. Apply DUS with the summer option checked…that’s your best bet.

But WHY if you want to be premed won’t you attend one of the many excellent public universities in Florida?
You will receive NO financial aid from Penn state and you need to choose your best value university - I’d advise Eckerd, Rollins, Nova, plus perhaps Wabash, Earlham, Beloit, Juniata, Elizabethtown if you really want to go in a snowy state.
