@dave_berry That’s an interesting concept. How exactly is the amount decided? is it a percentage of overall attendance? So the $60K price tag schools will alot more money then say the state schools that are more reasonable? OOS recruits will get more than an instate recruit? We all know Penn State generates in the green and is self supporting but how does that effect the sports programs who run in the red such as a Rutgers? I wonder what advantage this will have in recruiting for all schools? Thanks for sharing… PS… as for freshman being eligible to play… I think if only big 10 follows that suit that would be very unwise since they will have a great disadvantage to SEC, ACC, schools. Could you imagine if that rule was in place during the sanctions years for PSU football? Would have been even more of a disaster especially for the positions in need and depth charts
