My OOS daughter got the email last night at midnight after test scores button disappeared earlier. Accepted HHD (Kinesiology) - 3.95 unweighted gpa, 35 ACT, lots of honors & AP’s. She’s excited!

Congrats to all the families who heard back. At this rate my grand kids will receive a decision before my daughter does. It should be called ‘eternal action’ not early action

LOL—“a couple of weeks”? I’ll be impressed if I could stay away for a few days. We only live 4 miles away from Penn State, and if he doesn’t get in that changes everything. I hate the saying, “it is what it is,” but that needs to be my mantra.

@WeArePayingTuition I know you are frustrated at not hearing yet, but it has only been 2 weeks since the deadline. Penn State has committed to a decision by Dec. 24th - that’s over 5 weeks away. I think the idea of stepping away is a good idea. Go bake, prep for holidays, etc. Distract yourself! Because any kid who is on the bubble (and I don’t remember your kids stats), will probably hear towards the end.

It is so exciting to see so many students being accepted to PSU! Now that they are accepted and assuming they will be attending PSU, where is everyone’s go to spot for apparel? Sorry, I know it is off subject.
My son’s status changed to ‘Completed’ on Friday. Hopefully yours did too. We’ll see what happens next.
