S26 got into Smeal, fall start, main campus tonight!
Applied 11/1 OOS, 3.8 uw, 7 APs, ~4DC, 1350sat
This one was a nail biter with the change in admission for Smeal but We Are so happy!

My daughter is in! Got into Smeal at main campus with fall start! The wait was brutal- we were worried about not submitting scores. We’re so happy! For those of you still waiting, hang in there! It will come any day now.

Also in Smeal. OOS, UP campus. ACT 33-34 (depends on if science included) UW GPA 3.7-8. 8 APs.

Accepted OOS to Smeal for summer start so button theory was right! 4.0/1370, leadership roles in dance and other organizations, and lots of volunteer work. Now we need to schedule a visit there.

Huge congratulations!!! My son applied to SHC. If he doesn’t get accepted, I think he’s going to look into Sapphire (business honors society). I don’t know much at all about it other than it is an option if SHC falls through. Conrats again!!! Lots of happy news on here this morning.

DS OOS, accepted for Finance (UP, Fall Start). 3.9UW/4.1W, 1510 SAT (not super score, 790 math). 7 APs. 4s on AP test (Stats & APUSH). Well rounded with ECs: 4 yr varsity, travel teams, clubs, leadership, volunteering, fundraising, work etc.

My dtr got in with a $6000 a year scholarship. She is OOS.

Son admitted tonight to SMEAL UP Fall! (Test Scores Button disappeared around 6:45, letter wasn’t showing in Lionpath until around 8:10 in the Communications tab)
Applied 10/21 Fall UP preferred, but noted he’d take Summer start
3.94, 30 ACT, 10 AP’s with 4’s and 5’s including AP Calc this year, In State
4 DE credits, Eagle Scout, 4 year varsity tennis, DECA district finalist, biz internship this summer, strong EC’s, good essay and lots of volunteer work. Sister and dad are alum if that even matters.
