After that long wait, I had kinda moved on. I also got the 2 + 2 program today and just realized that maybe Penn State wasn’t for me. Now Im deciding between Pitt and Ohio State

@jtre1234 I feel this. I went to a branch campus many years ago and everything turned out fine. This was back in the day of waiting for everything to come in snail mail. I remember the tears stinging my eyes as I read my letter. I was definitely disappointed…but everything still worked out very well in the long term. Chin up…you got this!

Everyone getting responses they don’t like, please try to remember that it all works out. Even when it’s disappointing, it usually ends up that 10 years from now you will look back and see why things happened the way they did - or at the very least you realize you couldn’t see your life turning out any differently than it did.
Penn State is a great school, but there are thousands of great schools. Embrace where life takes you, it’ll all be ok.

Still waiting on a B.Arch decision… I’ve only seen two acceptances so far so I am definitely worried. It sucks that there isn’t a 2+2 option for architecture because I’d still consider going if so. It’s been very hard to be optimistic lately because I heard they send out rejections from the program closer to the deadline. Oh well, nothing left to do but wait.

I got into the summer program for ME… I’m most likely going to attend, I was just curious what the major benefits are for the program, what classes I would have to take, and how long the program actually is?

Daughter was accepted to Brandywine 2+2 program. She’s excited but slightly disappointed about not getting UP but good learning experience for her. She will find the right fit for her over the next few weeks. She has good options and will do what’s best for her. 18 years have gone by so fast. Time to watch them fly :eagle: I have been following this convo for months. Great info and helpful. Just wanted to share my thoughts in the hopes it would help someone. Take care and best of luck in your futures!

s24 got 2+2 harrisburg: mech engineering, 3.4 uw, 3.7w, 10aps, 17 honors, 1360 sat submitted. Kinda bummed but was expecting this due to them mostly looking at stats and his being lower than most.

his stats are definitely not lower than most. Perhaps lower than many on this forum, but this is not representative!
