I got that, too. Here’s the thing, it was addressed to my twin who is still waiting on an admission decision to Smeal. The other twin was admitted to IST over a month ago, but I didn’t get one for him. I can’t comment on the TO buttons appearing/disappearing because she only checks the portal every five days or so and closes it as soon as she sees “under review”.

Yup- such a tease! My son’s classmate heard that she got into Smeal UP today so I guess they’re sending them out slowly.

Did anyone else have trouble logging in to portal before a decision came, or is it just really slow and glitchy right now? We can’t get in, and this is the first time that has happened (I swear she checks 20 times a day!).

Us too! Just checked portal and TO button was gone. Logged into Lionpath and got right in. No letter yet. Took forever to log into portal tonight too.
