Penn State University HELP

I´m from Mexico and I will like to study Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, but I will like to know the GPA and the SAT scores that Penn University students provide when they are accepted.

I´m going to start my second year at High School, I study at ITESM, so there´s three programes, The Bicultural which provide the Traditional ITESM course. The International Baccalaureate I think that all of you know about this program. But there´s the Multicultural Program, the one I selected, in this program you need to study a semester in other part of the world, I think that I´m going to CATS College in UK so I don´t know If this will help for my application to any University, also as a Multicultural student I can take French in the IB course, I´m undecided to take the assignment in this modality , because it has nothing in common with the major I want to study.
Note: My High School don´t offer the AP courses.
Thank you so much.

Penn state offers no financial aid to out of state students unless your family is extremely poor. I was accepted and declined admissions to Penn State University Park with a GPA of 3.87 unweighted and a SAT of 1450 out of 1600. However, Penn State’s averages are 3.55-3.97 GPA and 1240-1410 SAT.

1° Penn State expects at least 2 years in a foreign language as part of your curriculum
2° There’s no financial aid; if you get into Schreyer there’s a $4,500 scholarship (and lots of other opportunities and advantages).
