Penn State University Park vs. U Minnesota-Twin Cities for Computer Science

Hello, I am debating between my final two choices for universities with computer science. I want to go to a college with
more undergraduate research and innovation. Additionally, I want to find a school with solid internships in the first 2 years within my major.

Thank you!

Both are really good.
UMN Twin Cities is right in the middle of a thriving city. It’s also very cold.
Penn State is a great college town. Its temperatures are cold but average for the Northern US.
All in both, there’s no wrong choice, so pick the least expensive one.
