Penn transfer after a bad senior year?

Hi, my cousin was accepted early at columbia and he gets reasonably good grades, for columbia at least, and he was thinking about transfering to upenn. The thing is after he got accepted early, he had a pretty bad senior slide, i think his junior year was like a 3.8 and he went down to like a 3.2 3.1. I was wondering if upenn would take that into consideration even though he’s at a top college.

I’m going to fordham next year and knowing this would be interesting because I wonder if I could transfer anywhere like upenn.

no one knows?

OKKKK…why would he need to transfer to Penn

not only is Columbia an AMAZING SCHOOL, it is arguably just as good if not better than penn…

Eh, bball87, I think that’s biased. It depends on what his/her cousin is majoring in. Smalltown, you might want to check out what materials you need to turn in for transfer. Is a high school transcript needed? If so, then that’s a hard call.
