What colleges in pennsylvania look more at GPA and class rank, than SAT scores?

So what is your GPA/rank? Pennsylvania has hundreds of colleges, help us narrow down your request.

My gpa is a 3.56, and im ranked top 10%

Need more info. School size? City vs rural? Major? Etc.

My school was relatively small, my class size was 82 students, and is more in an rural area. My major would be medical technology, or biotechnology, or biology/ biological science. I would choose the last two if medical technology wasnt offered. I took all college prep classes, and one honors english class in my senior year.

whats your SAT score? You have a good rank but thats a really small class size. You have a good GPA although you lack rigor with only one honors and no aps.

I meant your college school size choice. There is a big variation in PA schools.

Oh sorry, i dont want it to be too big, i know i want it to be less than 20,000 students, major would be medical technology, or biology,biotechnology,.etc. And would want the college to be more in a rural area.

A number of schools in PA are test optional. [SAT/ACT Optional 4-Year Universities | FairTest](http://fairtest.org/university/optional/state)
