<p>Hi there! I’ve read some mixed information about the people and social life at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. I’m a very, very shy and nervous person and have a lot of social anxiety, so it’s really hard for me to make friends. It usually takes me a really long time. Anyways, I sometimes read that Guilford is great for students with Asperger’s (I don’t have Asperger’s, but if a school is Asperger’s-friendly I’d probably be fine) and social problems and such, but other times I’ve read things about Guilford being very cliquey (a probable deal-breaker), or students pretending to be nice to your face but rude behind your back. I know those are pretty normal college behaviors, but still. </p>
<p>It would be great if someone with experience with Guilford could reply. Thanks!!</p>
<p>P.S. I don’t want/need suggestions for other schools to consider, I just want to know what you think about this.</p>
