People who scored a 1140 with a 3.25 gpa and alot of extra ativities and volenteer work, do they have a chance at getting accepted to USC?

By 1140, do you mean that the people scored an 1140 on the SAT without counting writing? Because I’m pretty sure that USC looks at all three sections. Either way, that probably isn’t a good enough SAT score. The GPA could use some boosting as well.

As for the activities and volunteer work, keep the phrase “quality, not quantity” in mind. Any significant/leadership roles? Have the activities and volunteer work had any influence over the people at all?

Either way, the chance of getting accepted to USC is extremely low.
