Applying EA for Pepperdine MT/Psych double major. 3.8 unweighted, 4.36 weighted gpa. 1280 SAT. Waiting to hear back!

Has anyone heard when EA decisions will be released?

I have been wondering as well. In past years, it’s been on or around Dec 20. However, I would expect it to be later than that this year due to the delays caused by the Franklin Fire. Officially, the website states “applicants will receive an admissions decision by January 10.

Hi congrats to all!! Accepted psychology, now waiting for aid. According to the common data set of 2023, they provided in average the previous year about $49120. Do you think that with a 0 SAI index I can get that much??
Thanks and congrats to all!!!

D25 received her merit yesterday - George Pepperdine Achievement Award for $18.8k. The COA is still pretty darn outrageous, but it’s nice to have something in hand.
Edited to add amount

S25 also received the George Pepperdine Award. Wondering if Pepperdine allows for merit appeals?

S25 received the Seaver award. $36K per year, and that leaves us with more than $60K per year. This is way beyond our limits.
Best of luck everyone. This school is not for our family.

Wait til need is released, Pepperdine aid is mostly need-based, grants 80% of need and up to 100% for first gens in the first wave program. Many students are going for under 20K total cost.

yes appeals usually work but wait for need-based. much more money given for need based than merit. also ask for work-study
