Perception is a weird thing

Hey guys

I was accepted to JHU with no aid and was also admitted to IIT( 20k ) and ASU (17 K) ( other schools I eliminated already) . SO thie thing is I want to do computer engineering and if i want to go to JHU, I have to take out a debt of 90K over the 4 years because my family’s efc hovers around 15 - 20K .

So what would you do if you were in my positiion? Any i mean ANY advice would be appreciated.

thanks

PS I am an international applicant ( f1)

You could always explain to Hopkins your situation. Schools always are interseted in getting in International applicants, and once they start hearing back from students they might find they have money left over they can give you. Walking out of school with 90,000 of debts will be really hard on anyone. It’ll pressure you to get a job right away, perhaps not in a field you’re interested in.

i tried to , will try again :(
