Performing Arts Resume

I need a little help. I have an audition coming up, and they want me to bring a performing arts resume… I don’t really know how to make a resume, but I know what to put on it. so can someone help me out with like a template or something so that I can put my information down on it?

I have my D’s resume in Excel format. She has found that works better than Word to keep all those darn columns lined up. If you have access to Excel I would be happy to email it to you.

I would recommend looking at the Carnegie Mellon 2011 showcase website, where each actor has his/her resume posted. There also is a link where you can choose to view it in PDF format.

austin mom - I would love to see that template on Excel. That’s a terrific idea!

I use the table function on word, because excel and I don’t get along. YOu can hide all the boarders on the table function so it comes out looking clean. Probably very similar to excel just depends what you are most used to.

We use Excel and then just paste into word. Agree with others that this is the easiest way to keep the columns lined up.
