Perfume Help

A few years ago, I returned from Paris with perfume for my wife. She’s since finished the bottle, but loved the scent so I’m hoping to find a replacement as the original is nowhere to be found anymore.

It was Eleven’s Collection de Paris - Fluer d’amandier… basically an almond fragrance. Any thoughts on what could make a good replacement?

Heliotrope by Etro is one - spicy and more of what is called a gourmand. Also, Laura Mercier makes one called Almond Coconut Milk that is a bit sweeter. Do you know if the scent your wife used is sweeter or spicier? Some of the spicier scents are unisex.

Any of these?

Some almond fragrances are a cherry /marzipan kind of scent while others are more of a a vanilla / jordan almond scent. Which was your wife’s perfume like?

If the latter she might want to try Acqua di Parma Blu Mediterraneo Mandorlo di Sicilia. See reviews:

OMG @BunsenBurner I just dove into that website and emerged like an hour later! Talk about addictive. It even had an ode to my favorite perfume, which has not been available in decades: Jardanel, by Jean Desprez!

Fragrantica is downright dangerous! I went there a few years ago because I wanted to know the particular scent profile of my favorite perfumes so that I could try something else with a similar smell. I didn’t quite get an answer, but I was hooked!

The Perfumed Court is another good place to try.

@eb23282 , try googling “fleur d’amandier.” Your misspelling in your OP might be why you aren’t finding it.
