Most importantly, how can I IMPROVE?

Thank you all.

The thing is: it’s not just holding a role in a club, it’s having impact. Leadership is more than a title- it’s what you actually do. Think about how to pump up the neuro club- get it involved, maybe get speakers in, set up a hosp vol program- whatever it is, make it more than talking amongst yourselves. The VCU- same- can you get this group involved with the Vietnamese community, tutor, start some program, be the student rep to some committee, whatever? Think about impact.

Chances for what? Where do you wanna go?
