Stressed asf
I just started community college as I graduated hs this year.
I’ve currently taken 3 courses in community college, precalc (A) and this summer, Java (A) and Calc 1 (A)
However on my transcript it shows a B in Computer science principles 101
I didn’t even take in college, I took it in high-school senior year. Not only this I didn’t even take the AP test. I got an A first semester and a B second semester due to senioritis. I had no idea there was a class agreement that I signed that apparently makes the class transfer as a college class. I’m trying to transfer to UCLA and this B could be detrimental to my chances and ruin my 4.0.
I know most universities don’t completely remove classes but do you think there is a chance here? I had no idea about the college credit agreement I signed up for at home (I missed class that day and my teacher emailed me the instructions and I just did it). I took the class in high-school senior year NOT in college, and I also didn’t take the AP test at all…
I have my official high-school transcript and AP score report for my argument.
Who should I talk to about this, and if I have to argue or fight my case who should I talk to above that person?
In my transcript the B shows up as “Credit By Exam”… again, I took no exam at the college and didn’t take the AP test. It’s all based off the high-school agreement with that specific community college.
Sorry this was so long-winded, appreciate any advice
