<p>Weighted GPA: 4.0 (based on “4.33” scale, so it should be lower).
I’ve taken 5 APs and 3 honor classes in the past two years.
Have not taken the ACT yet, though I predict a 27.</p>
<p>9th grade: Spanish Club; 10th grade: Drama Club, SADD (my extracurricular list is quite sad, isn’t it?). I was just a member.
Virtually every club has been canceled due to the budget (that’s my excuse, what’s yours? :P). I hope employment/volunteering over the summer could compensate for having nothing this year, though I fear it’s a bit too late (is it?). </p>
<p>By the way, do colleges look at how the activities span over time (e.g. Karate for three years) or time spent doing it (e.g. 300 hours of karate, but in the past year)?</p>
<p>I’m also a Bengali female who plans to major in neuroscience. Does that make the slightest of difference at a place like UMich? If I’m being too optimistic, or I plan to major in something more than 3 Michigan colleges actually offer, what is the best school I can theoretically get into?</p>
