Peta asks for breast milk icecream

wis - I ended up not successful with my son after the problems that necessitated the pump. From what I was told nursing is harder work for a baby than the bottle so once they get used to the bottle it is hard to get them to go back.

LOL swimcatsmom!! Acrually I thought I was seeign double. Typcally what they look like in a “push-up bra”. Ok… TMI…

And now, thanks to you coureur, I will never be able to listen to that “cup or cone” question with a straight face again!!!

Not trying to hijack the thread, but info never learned in medical school (at least by me)- the suck reflex develops around 34 to 35 weeks (if my ancient memories are correct), my 33 weeker needed 45 minutes to finish 45 cc’s (1 1/2 oz) with the premie nipple. And I was no better with the %#& breast pump. At least I (or Dad, the best benefit of bottle feeding) held him close with the bottle so he got the rest of the experience…Oh, the memories this thread has revived. Said child would be totally embarrassed.

On to the ice cream flavors…

I think all our children would find this thread totally cringe worthy :D

I showed my wife this thread last night and she said it was juvenile.

This morning her first words to me were “Trick-or-Teet”.

Aww, that’s really sweet, Wis.

I have to admit, as a college student, I think I tripled my knowledge on breastfeeding by reading this thread.

this just shows you how “off the wall” PETA is.

PETA Treat-a

and then, they ask: “What SIZE CUP do you want?”

This also gives further credence to the idea that PETA is pretty “out of touch” if this is a serious proposal of theirs.

Was Ben & Jerry’s the chain that allowed you to “scoop your own”? :D

I’m not aware of Ben and Jerry’s “scoop your own.”

However, at the Ben and Jerry’s Factory, where you can go a tour, you can get a “free taste.”

 violadad and soozievt - try and keep it clean ;)

Titillation Sensation

One more lactation tale. I love Indian food. While I was breastfeeding the DD, My husband brought home some Indian take out. Very spicy. I apparently hit a whole clove of spice and ate it. It went thru to the breastmilk and DD was screeming her head off when it came thru to her the next day.

Mammy Marsala

Heath Bra Crunch

garland, put your drink down.

NOW.

Ready?

For the undecided:

'Tit Matters Not

^^ Is that a political breast milk ice cream name?

You all are scaring the kids (who read this). :)

Probably a few of the dads too. Oh hang on - that would be the* other* unusual thread.
