<p>Has anyone ever heard of a PFS form? My daughter is applying at Interlochen Center for the Arts for her Senior year of high school and for financial aid, they ask you to fill out a PFS form online that comes with a $26 fee. I’ve never done this before and I want to be sure I’m doing the right thing by filling out this form.</p>
