Anyone else find out they were a finalist? And know what it means? 
I found out about 2 weeks ago that I was a finalist.
From my understanding they have a lot of applicants so in the first stage they narrow it down to their top picks and from that list they choose who will be rewarded the scholarships. In other words, you could be selected as a finalist and still not get a scholarship but you have higher odds that you will since you’ve made it through the first selection process.
