PG for my Brother

So my brother is interested in maybe doing a PG year. Would the fact that I was excepted to Exeter for next year (class of 2014), help him get in to Exeter for his PG year?

Probably; it's probably why they ask you to fill in whether or not you have a relative attending the school on the application. It'll probably boost his chances, but not too significantly.

this year more than ever, I've heard bad news for sibs and legacy. I'd love to hear someone disagree, maybe its just the few cases I am hearing about, but sibs of kids already in did not fare well this year in my limited experience.
