<p>Is it just me or does it seem like there are no people at the PGA Championship. I thought that they had major championships near big cities so it would drive ticket sales.</p>
<p>Is Kohler, WI near anything? It looks like it is in the middle of nowhere. How does the PGA pick a course out in the middle of nowhere? It would seem hard to get people to go to the tournament, have places for golfers and officials and others to stay.</p>
<p>Or am I wrong? Any golfers have any ideas?</p>
