Ph.D. programs in Chinese IR/SecurityStudies

I’m currently an undergraduate student looking at Ph.D. programs in Political Science related to Chinese international relations and more specifically security studies with a focus on historical and cultural explanations, and possibly grand strategy.

I’m aware of some faculty: [Robert Sutter, Full-time Faculty - The Elliott School of International Affairs](http://elliott.gwu.edu/faculty/sutter.cfm), [MIT Security Studies Program (SSP) : People - M. Taylor Fravel](http://web.mit.edu/ssp/people/fravel/faculty_fravel.html), [Robert S. Ross - Political Science Department - Boston College](Morrissey College of Arts & Sciences | Boston College).

Are there any other programs or faculty that I should look into when applying for graduate school? I know this is a really specific request but anything would be appreciated.

Iain Johnston at Harvard.

Thanks for that! Was just looking at a few of his books on amazon yesterday, don’t know why he didn’t come to mind.
