Seven years, seven million bucks in fines. I don’t like to gloat when someone gets punished, but this guy has behaved monstrously, defrauding investors and taking advantage of desperate people. He deserves this and more.

The punk finally realized it is not just fun and games… and that he will be wearing prison garb for the next 6-ish years as there is no parole (per CNBC article). Good. The damage he did to biotech is huge.
