Pharmacy school..

I got accepted to Cal Poly Pomona as a biotechnology major. A majority of my classes are just chemistry which seems like I will be prepared for med school or pharmacy school. Is Pharmacy school alot less competitive than med school? Is the Pcat supposed to be on par with the med school Mcat?

In general, pharmacy school is less competitive than med school, but some schools are still extremely competitive (like public CA schools). Most schools will have admissions stats on their CoP webpage, so check those out if you want school-specific information. Although I haven’t taken the MCAT, I think it’s safe to say that the MCAT is more difficult than the PCAT.
