PhD in pharmaceutical outcomes and policy

Hey, guys. I am going to pursue a Ph.D degree in pharmaceutical outcomes and policy, especially pharmacoepidemiology, i.e. drug safety evaluation or prescription patterns. I have done some search. Most of the programs are under pharmacy department, and a few are under public health school. Because it is an interdiscipline field and I am an international students, little info is available. Can anyone tell me more about this program? Anything related will help. Especially, anybody knows the difficulty of application in this area? What about the scholarship?

I am now an undergraduate student majored in pharmacy. My GRE is 690+800+3.0 and GPA is 3.33/4. Since I am an international student, my TOEFL is 102. I have done two projects related to data mining in clinical field, and have two internships in hospitals. One conference presentation related to this area. No publications. Can someone help to chance me? And can anybody recommend schools based on my situation?
