Phone Interview. Do they read my Essay?

Hi I have a Princeton phone interview in about a week. My question is, will the interviewer have my file, have read my essay etc?

Thanks in advance for your replies :)

I had a phone interview and the interviewer said he didn’t know anything about me except my name and my phone number (during the interview, however, he proved to also have my email address:D)

No, he doesn’t. None of my interviewers had read anything. Unless your interviewer is an admission officer at Princeton, than (s)he might have read it. But, in a week? That seems to be really late.

When I did my phone interview last year it was the same way, the interviewer basically just knew my name and number. He did ask about my “stats” (SATs, etc) in the first 10 minutes or so, but then most of the 90 minute interview was about what I planned on studying, what I was looking for in a school, and what I’d been doing since graduating (I applied several years after leaving high school, long enough that my SAT scores only had two components, not three, lol)
