Phone plan?

<p>I’m an international, so I have no idea about phone plans and stuff. I’m coming as a freshman this fall. I need something really cheap. Any suggestions?</p>

<p>You get minutes that you pay for up front and use until you run out or they expire. Generally speaking, most major carriers offer some kind of prepaid plan.</p>
