<p>You have to copy and paste the image into a text document, as they don’t want to deal with all the different file extensions. Feel free to PM me if you’re still having trouble.</p>

<p>It might be too large; check the size of the document</p>
<p>Right click on the gif or jpeg picture, then open it with word. Otherwise, you can try copy+pasting the picture onto paint then work from there.</p>
