A couple photos from a recent trip to Thailand and Vietnam. Why do I take pictures like this? It’s because deep down I’m a 12 year old boy.

Instantly recognizable if you’ve been there but I thought I got a good picture.

This one is specifically for @sbinaz - after the Lahaina fire on Maui last year I painted a series of pictures that represented Lahaina to me…

I prefer @sherpa’s crabs, but we’ve had lobster twice in the past couple of weeks due to guests.

Our view as we ate lunch on Saturday. A really cool drawbridge. I love living in Maine. :slightly_smiling_face:

“…due to guests,” ha. That’s the only time we eat lobster! Not because it’s expensive (it’s not if you get it at the grocery store) so I’m not sure why.

Having a lobster roll in Maine on our first visit there in 2019 was a highlight of the trip for me!

Clam chowder and a lobster roll. First things I ordered two weeks ago in coastal MA. :grinning:

When we moved to Maine in 1986, we were shocked that McDonald’s sold lobster rolls! I don’t think they do anymore.

We served lobster when my family came, many years ago. My sister was so disturbed by seeing the lobsters boiled that she couldn’t eat any of it! I hope she doesn’t think too much about where beef comes from.
