Hey guys, i am only in honors physics, the basic level, am I able to take this test?

Well, AP Physics B covers Newtonian Mechanics, Fluid Mechanics, Thermal Physics, Waves and Optics, Electricity and Magnetism, and Atomic and Nuclear Physics. I just got off of the AP Physics course description: <a href=“Supporting Students from Day One to Exam Day – AP Central | College Board”>http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/public/repository/ap-physics-course-description.pdf So, if your Honors Physics cover that much, then you could finish it with the the AP Physics B Study Guide. Many on this board recommend PR.

Honestly, you probably won’t be able to do that well on the Physics B exam. The problems, especially on the free-responses, can get very in-depth and complex. You’ll need a full year of exposure to similar problems.
