Physics help!

I am a junior and taking three subject tests this Saturday:

Math 2
Literature
Physics

I’m taking a Physics course right now - conceptual Physics with some math. My teacher gave me the 2003-4 PR book, and to be honest it is pretty difficult!

1) Do I need to remember all the formulas?
2) If I am having trouble with this book, will I do bad? Will reviewing for a week be sufficient for a 700+?

3) For Math 2 and Literature - these are the “main” two subject tests colleges look for, right?
4) I am taking a Pre-Calc. Honors class right now, how much preparation do I need to get a 700+?
5) How hard is the Literature?

Thanks!

bump …

nobody can help me?

I can help with a couple of your questions:

For the physics test, you need to know formulas but not constants. It’s largely conceptual, so the fact that you’re taking a conceptual physics course shouldn’t hurt you too much. Any calculations you will need to do will be simple.

In the PR book, are you having trouble with the practice problems at the end of each chapter or with the practice tests? I think the problems after each section are supposed to be more challenging than the actual test; at least, they’ve been harder than the sample CB questions I’ve seen. Try the questions on the CB website and see how you do.

Literature is considered the hardest subject test to get a high score on; only 1% of test-takers get an 800.
